«ادی‌کارنت» (Eddy Current)

"Eddy Current" is a non-destructive testing method used to check the quality of metal parts. This method is based on the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. In this process, a probe (sensor) containing a coil generates an alternating electric current that creates an oscillating magnetic field. When this field approaches a conducting material, eddy currents are produced in that material, which are affected by changes in the properties of the material (such as cracks or changes in thickness).
