Gradient Oven Furnace (Gradient Oven)

Gradient Oven is a device used to determine the optimal baking temperature of the coatings and colors in the laboratories. By creating a temperature gradient, it enables the behavior of samples at different temperatures. Technical Specifications: • Number of thermal elements: 45 independent thermal elements • Test level dimensions: 10 x 70 mm • Temperature range: 30 ° C to 250 ° C Applications: • Determination of optimal baking temperature: Using temperature gradients, the appropriate temperature for cooking and colors can be identified. • Mechanical and chemical properties: It is possible to study changes in the properties of samples at different temperatures. • Formulation Development and Optimization: Helping researchers in developing new formulations by examining material behavior at different temperatures. The use of gradient furnaces in the color and coating industries, polymer and other material -related industries helps improve product quality and increase production processes.
